If you think about it Cirno's ability to manipulate the temperature of things is immensely powerful. Cool your foe to absolute zero and the slightest hit will result in millions of pieces.

She's powerful indeed. She's one of the individuals in Gensokyo that I have very high expectations of in the future, along with Keine (not in terms of power but in terms of what she can achieve) and Rumia.
