Uh, you've got that wrong. Slowking is an alternate evolution path of Slowpoke, not an evolution of Slowbro.
Trade a Slowpoke holding a King's Rock and it becomes a Slowking. Or, according to the Pokedex, have a Shellder bite the Slowpoke's head instead of its tail.

In the anime, a slowpoke had to wear a kings rock, to make a shellder bite his head to evolve.
