He is the king of gods in the Hindu pantheon and Arjuna's father. He is known by the name Gozu Tennou in Japan and is the father of Minamoto no Raikou/Ushi Gozen under this name. He was the original wielder of Vasavi Shakti, which he gifted to his nephew Karna. He used the vajra in order to slay Vritra.
As a Lancer-class servant, he manifests the Vajra as a young boy and young girl. His third ascension is locked until players complete the event.
