His puppet is a humanoid robot with pink skin, antenna-like robot ears and markings above each eye of unequal length vertical lines, (similar to a wireless signal strength indicator) and wears an orange robe. He is referred to with male pronouns.
He is haughty and arrogant, calling himself "god-like" in comparison to the player.
He is sufferring from The Rot (see Daddy Long Legs), a kind of biomechanical cancer, which is slowly consuming his superstructure. The game's titular rain is produced by him continually flushing his systems with vast quantities of water in an attempt to purge the corruption.
