She's modeled after the real Alice Liddell, who was into a relationship with Lewis Carroll until her father exiled the latter. Years later, Carroll became disgusted upon finding Alice's youthful beauty was gone and wished to go back to the old days, resulting in him being spirited away by Mary Sue and becoming Grimm.
