The unnamed class president of Fourth East High School was the student council president who made a deal with the Justice Devil. She is a minor yet influential antagonist in the War Devil arc.
Originally, she appeared to be mild-mannered and supportive, such as when she sought out and consoled Mitaka Asa after their class was given Bucky. In reality, she was presumptous and narcissistic, delusionally believing Asa was having a romantic relationship with their teacher, Tanaka, whom she herself had been having relations with.
The class president had a contract with the Justice Devil for an unknown price. This contract granted her super strength and super speed in combination with a transformed form with claws and tentacles.
