A character from the 2012 science fiction horror film Prometheus that also appears in the Alien: Covenant sequel movie from 2017. He is played by Irish-German actor Michael Fassbender.

David 8 is an advanced male android that serves as an assistant and servant to the crew of the USCSS Prometheus. He was developed by the Weyland Corporation.
