Formerly known as Abel, Grant was the brother and chief enforcer of main boss Kain R. Heinlein and master of the devastating occult martial art Dark Karate. After taking a bullet to protect Kain, Grant sat at death's door for years and sought a worthy battle to end his life. Grant ultimately lost his final battle - presumably to Terry Bogard - and presumably succumbed to his wounds.
