J, or Joe, is a playable character in Reverse:1999. Leader of his biker gang in Haight Street, helping the unfortunate and protecting them. He is one of the main protagonist in the event "Floor It! To the Golden City", where he and his gang helped drive away a cult from their town. He has a bike and a big sword wrapped in white cloth, always hanging on his back. He is friends with Mercuria and Pioneer.
He is voiced by Nick Monteleone in English and Kumagai Kentaro in Japanese.
