The costume consists of a white fascinator with blue hair flowers, a short white kimono with a western-style hemline with puffy short sleeves, epaulettes and an aiguillette, white detached, wide furisode sleeves, a dark blue obi, a white layered frilled miniskirt, gold-trimmed black thighhighs and white strappy heels.
