A large muscled bounded admiral who bears a strong resemblance to Street Fighter's M. Bison in looks while in his admiral outfit.
Out of the admiral clothing his body bears several scars across his arms and chest.
Father of Matsuda Tsubaki who supposedly died as a 3 months old baby along with his wife after an Abyssal attack several years before the the start of the story, however she has come back as a abyssal admiral alive and still human while his wife was apparently turned into a Battleship Princess.
