The company was founded and is produced by Ojiji (Crazy Raccoon CEO), mafumafu, Soraru, and Shibuya Hal, though Hal is the only staff member that is also a VTuber under the group. Merged with Brave Group (owners of VSPO!, Riot Music, V4Mirai, globie, and ChromaSHIFT) in February 2025.
