Generally any excretion of a viscous substance from the anus that isn't actual scat.
Most commonly, said excretions are in the form of a colorful anal_jelly or slime (substance). The difference is mostly in appearance and context. Attributes like bright colors and a lack of an indication of offensive smell are used to differentiate from true scat content. Additionally, contextually pseudo_scat usually appears in a strictly sexual context, involving more extreme anal play like enemas.
