Riddle Rosehearts is a second-year in Twisted Wonderland and the dorm head of Heartslabyul dorm. He strictly upholds strange rules made by the Queen of Hearts. He's feared by the rest of the students because of his severe punishments toward those who break the rules. His unique magic, Off with Your Head!, places a heart-shaped collar around someone's neck, causing their own magic to be sealed away until he removes it. It has no effect on non-magic users besides being an inconvenience.
