Satsuki is a female character from Reverse:1999. Originally an orphan from the Taisho era(30 July 1912 to 25 December 1926), she used her Arcane skills to steal to survive before being arrested by government authorities and forced to wear special handcuffs to limit her Arcane skills. Eventually, she moved to Tokyo and works as a Cafe Wa Maid.
She is voiced in both Japanese and English by Touyama Nao, making her notable as the only playable character in Reverse:1999 to be voice by the same voice actor in two different languages.
