Flare is a dark-skinned elf with pointy ears, long, streaked blonde hair, often kept in a high ponytail held with a hair bow and sidelocks with her default outfit, either a french braid half updo that turns into a short ponytail or low twintails with her second outfit, and a regular half updo with her new year's outfit.
