The Speaker helicopters are flying variants of the Speakermen, first appearing in Episode 24. They are capable of flying thanks to their rotors.
They can also emit loud soundwaves because of their big speakers. As of Episode 69, they now also have a welder variant that can bring reinforcements/upgrades for Alliance members.
