A variation of double penetration where the person in-between is performing oral sex or paizuri on a second person while being penetrated from behind. May or may not be standing, in seiza, all fours, arm support or arm grab, etc. Generally features a female in the middle, surrounded by men (but not exclusively, see male spitroast).
Use this tag along with anal or vaginal when you're able to tell where the recipient is being penetrated. Not to be used when penetrated both anally and vaginally - in this case, use triple penetration or double penetration instead.
Named for the way a chicken is roasted inside a rotisserie.
