Item in Hollow Knight: Silksong. If delivered to Greyroot it gets implanted within Hornet, locking her into the Cursed Crest and opening the path for an alternate ending unless she completes a sidequest to have it removed.

While in the player's inventory it will cry constantly when the menu is opened.
