Usonoir is the leader of the Phantom Thieves' Guild. He views theft as a grand, elegant, and dramatic art form. Fittingly, he acts out his schemes according to prophecies written in a magical book he owns called the Tome of Mirages. He is leading the hunt for the Makoto Jewels to completely blanket the world in lies and despair.
