A Moeoh EX character, modeled after Wang Mang, the sole emperor of the Xin/Hsin Dynasty. She is a time traveller from 21st century. (Although the historical Wang Mang believed the ancient Zhou dynasty was the ideal governmental structure, some of his reforms have been said to be a foreshadowing of socialism.)
