An NPC in Genshin Impact. Known also as the "Lord-Artificer", he was a member of the Narzissenkreuz Institute before its disbandment, a researcher of the Institute of Natural Philosophy, a Marechaussee Hunter, and later went on to establish the Fontaine Research Institute of Kinetic Energy Engineering. His most notable feat was being Sandrone and Pulonia's creator.
