Scheherazade's Noble Phantasm. It summons various characters and tools from the One Thousand and One Nights collection of folktales. The animation in Fate/Grand Order shows her materializing a scroll and then putting it away between her breasts.
When being supported by the Demon Pillar Phenex, she was able to utilize it to create the Agartha singularity.
