bellier (witch's island)

Bellier is a minor character from Witch's Island

She is a playful woman who always crossdresses as a man, and flirts with women despite being in a relationship with Marianne. Despite being both Ian's childhood friend, and a leader of the island's suspicious church, she cares more about whoever is most entertaining than loyalty. She is the master of Zeke and Devon, two shapeshifters.

She has wavy black hair tied in a low ponytail, and red eyes with slit pupils.
