An evil clone/doppelganger of Ultraman Cosmos.

It is one of Chaos Header's alternate forms, manifested from infecting Haruno Musashi, Cosmos' human host.

In terms of design and aesthetics, he resembles Ultraman Cosmos' Corona Mode.
