A staff-fighter who was grown in a lab to serve as a spare body for M. Bison. Endless forced training left her a cool-headed perfectionist, and gave her the rare knack for pouring Psycho Power into things, which she stores up and fires off through her beloved pole, Harmony. Ed's rescue earned him a self-appointed big sister, and the two now run Neo Shadaloo together. Off the clock she keeps house, cooks, sips milk tea, and takes in a play.
