Azur Lane's personification of the planned German Atlantic Large Cruiser Carrier (Grossflugzeugkreuzer) Project II.
Fritz Rumey is a hybrid ship that combines features of a large cruiser and an aircraft carrier. She is equipped with battleship-caliber guns, is the size of a large cruiser, and has the flight deck of an aircraft carrier, combining both air power and firepower.
Her design may be inspired from Hildebrand from World of Warships. Hildebrand is an O-class Large Cruiser that shares design from the Grossflugzeugkreuzer Projekt.
