garfield (character)

Created by Jim Davis and one of the most iconic comic strip characters in the West as the star of the eponymous Garfield comic strip, Garfield is a lazy, orange, overweight tabby cat with an addiction to lasagne and a dry sense of humor. He is accompanied by his lonely owner, Jon Arbuckle, and a dog, Odie.

In the late 2010s/early 2020s, various internet users would portray him as an eldritch abomination. See I'm sorry Jon for more info.
