Han Juri's eleventh official alternate costume in Street Fighter V, from the Professional costume pack released in April 2017.
It is a nurse-themed costume consisting of a white nurse cap, a white medical eyepatch over her left eye featuring a red stylized spider emblem, and a short white short-sleeved collared dress with front buttons and a high side slit worn as a nurse uniform. The dress features a name tag on her left breast and a matching red spider-shaped emblem on her right breast. For legwear and footwear, she has bare legs with a single white frilled garter on her left thigh that holds a ribbon-tied syringe, and simple white pumps.
Her official alternate hairstyle with this costume replaces her signature hair cones with very long black hair tied into twintails along with blunt bangs and sidelocks. She also wears red lipstick, dark eyeshadow, and pink nail polish.
