Haruto Wistaria (ハルト・ウィスタリア) is the Queen Mother of Clarines. Izana Wistaria and Zen Wistaria are her children, with Izana being the first child and Zen the second child. She was queen consort to the late king Kain Wistaria who was the father of her children.
