An item that Eternal Sailor Moon uses. Its function varies between installments. In the manga and Crystal, it grants Usagi the ability to transform into Eternal Sailor Moon. In the 90s anime, Sailor Chibi Chibi gives it to Sailor Moon, and she attaches it to the Eternal Tiare to perform the upgraded attack Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss.
