I is one of the characters that appears in Vocaloid producer Neru's music videos and made their debut in I~ya I~ya I~ya. Their full name is Urashima Ikutaro as confirmed by Terada Tera, who designed the character. He is a boy with short blonde hair and a blue hairclip. His design is partially based off Kagamine Len.
