jelly hoshiumi (wish)

The 5th costume of Phase Connect's Jelly Hoshiumi, released as part of Phase Invaders's WISH project.

It consists of a removable white oversized jacket over a blue halternecked minidress with a gold trim and a see-through navel cutout, an electric plug hair ornament, a scouter over her left eye, a white thighhigh with a blue garter strap, loose white socks and white platform shoes.
