A Satori youkai. Koishi has sealed off her mind reading ability (represented by the fact her third eye is closed) so she would not experience the fear and loathing her older sister Satori suffered. This indirectly gave her a new power, the ability to manipulate the subconscious. Her own conscious mind was sealed away as well, and she no longer has a real personality or desires. Koishi now wanders Gensokyo, going wherever her subconscious wills her.

She has medium-length green hair (or occasionally grey), green eyes, and a third eye tied in a heart of string. Her outfit is a black hat with a yellow hat bow, a collared yellow shirt with long frilly sleeves, diamond buttons, a green skirt with frills and sometimes a rose print, and black boots.
