maine coon
A large breed of longhaired cat distinguishable by their tufted ears and neck fluff. They often exhibit the "smoke" gene, which causes a lighter underside to their fur.
Together with the Norwegian Forest Cat and Siberian Forest Cat, it forms the "forest cat" breed group.
