Playable Wei officer in the Shin Sangoku Musou series introduced in Shin Sangoku Musou 4. Based on the historical Chinese general who served Cao Cao, Pang De.
Pang De was one of the characters excised from the series in Shin Sangoku Musou 5. He was reintroduced in Shin Sangoku Musou 6 Moushouden.
