Like most Kitsch jackets, it's a yellow high collar jacket with neon lights inside and throughout.
David Martinez acquired the jacket after the death of his mother Gloria Martinez. During the events of Cyberpunk 2077, Falco passes the jacket onto a mercenary named V.
