The Geo Archon presiding over Liyue, taking the form of a brown and orange eastern dragon. His true name is Morax, but traditionally people from Liyue refer to him as Rex Lapis.
He is said to have walked the earth in many forms over the ages, including those of human men and women.
This tag is specifically for Rex Lapis's dragon form, referred to in-game as the "Exuvia". Do not tag Zhongli with this if only his human form is present in the image.
