shinespark

Technique used by Samus Aran in the Metroid series. It essentially sends her flying in the direction she jumped in (after utilizing stored momentum from the Speed Booster ability), obliterating any enemies in her path. While the ability is active, Samus' body glows and leaves behind afterimages.

A dachora teaches her how to perform it in Super Metroid.

Not to be confused with the move of the same name in Getter Robo.

Appearance

Running to build momentum

Jumping straight upward
