A rival character in Pokemon Let's Go! Pikachu and Let's Go! Eevee. He serves as a friendlier analogue to Gen I's Blue Oak.

He has spiked brown hair and black eyes with bright pupils. His outfit consists of skin tight black shirt, green leggings, and red sneakers with black socks. He also carries a white backpack.
