Ultraman Zero's sixth powered-up form, introduced in 2026. Accessed through the newly-gained UltRise Eye transformation item, replacing his Ultra Zero Eye, as well as his Ultra Zero Bracelet with the UltRise Bracelet. He sports a slimmer face, bulkier chest and shoulder armor, and a red-and-silver palette after transforming.

Announced alongside Ultraman Teo's transformation item, the Teo Crystar, its comparatively untoyetic nature is credited to Cosmo Rise filling in for that purpose, resulting in folks joking that either Zero sacrificed himself to Bandai to ensure Teo would be gimmick-free, or Zero greedily stole all of the gimmick budget to make himself more powerful. Due to the range of powers accessible through the Cosmo Rise form and the UltRise Eye, many observers referred to the new form as Zero's own equivalent to Kamen Rider Decade Complete Form or even Ohma Zi-O.
