window cleaning prank (meme)

A meme originating from a joke seen in Downtown no Gaki no Tsukai ya Arahende!!, where Matsumoto Hitoshi and Hamada Masatoshi are standing on opposite sides of a window. Matsumoto suddenly uses a spray bottle to spray water right at Hamada's face, causing Hamada to flinch. Of course, since there is a window separating them, nothing happens, and Matsumoto mocks Hamada and laughs at him.
