How these translators manage to convert Japanese puns to English puns never cease to amaze me.
It's not always easy, and the results aren't always as satisfactory as they could be, but I prefer to try localization than to rely entirely on original terminology. (I had to retain "taiyaki", as there's no standard English equivalent, but thankfully, that allowed for at least some ready wordplay possibilities.)
Don't be mad, nowww! Since these are taiyaki, there's no need to be hosTIle, okay?
Originally punning the "tai" in taiyaki (鯛, sea bream/porgy) with 他意 (ill will/malice).

Since these are taiyaki, we'd like to strengthen our TIEs with you from now on, Kagerou.
This time punning with the desire-form verb suffix -tai, as in tabetai (want to eat).
