Hibiki/Verniy was scuttled outside Vladivostok, so she never left the pacific. Gangut too, never left the Baltic, as the different fleets in Russia were designed to be autonomous (not dependent on transfers from other bases, it was very difficult to transfer ships between fleets)

Iowa due to her long service years in various theaters from the 40s to the 50s and than later the 80s (New Jersey were be even longer I think, since she was in service during the 60s) Warspite possibly due to her having a similar situation for the British Empire. She was almost literally everywhere during the war at some point.
