It's correct, because that's how you pronounce "Admiral" in German, as /atmi'ra:l/. The 'd' is pronounced as an unvoiced /t/.ใ
The katakana form with the dakutenless ใใใ is also how Bismarck's quotes are transcribed in Japanese. The author probably changed (erroneously) the ใใใ to ใใใ in the revision as a form of hypercorrection.
