Removing hammer_and_sickle_print in favor of hammer_and_sickle

BUR #8000 has been rejected.

mass update hammer_and_sickle_print -> hammer_and_sickle

This tag simply isn't used very much and addresses a too-niche taxonomy of art.

I think it just needs to be gardened.

They're the exact same thing. It's like having skull and crossbones print along with skull and crossbones. If we were to keep them separate then 99% of hammer and sickle would have to be moved.

Hell, one of those posts is post #3627960. It's just padding.

I removed is from a canon tagged post, now its down to six. Not sure we need a BUR for this tbh.

After looking at the posts where this tag is used, I can't see any reason why it exists. If there were even a single example of it being used for an object with a repeating hammer-and-sickle pattern, it might be worth defending, but as it is, it's completely indistinguishable from hammer_and_sickle. Kill it.

The bulk update request #8000 (forum #200801) has been rejected by @nonamethanks.
