Artist changed username. Was informed of duplication after creating the newer tag.
It looks like a Builder also noticed and submitted a BUR of their own not too long after you posted yours (forum #277756).
In the future, please use the artist alias request thread (topic #7713) for this. It's one of the pinned threads in the forum, so it should be easy to find.
