Actually, Goomy's eyes are those dots, if you play with him in amie. His evolutions start having green eyes, though.

Nope, those are still cheeks. Goodra has anime-style eyes and green cheeks. As for Sliggoo, the Pokedex entry in X says "Its eyes devolved, so it can't see anything."
