It's an art made by Migeru Futoshi, the maker of Kokoro's game sprites, to commemorate on the 1st anniversary of Hopeless Masquerade.

And yes, Kokoro officially wears no panty. Rejoice, people.

I never see anyone putting HM game sprites here, so I was unsure if it'll be approved. Like the screencaps of the game that are often deleted.
