M.U.T.O. essentially suffers all of the fates in this image. The male is bapped constantly by the king's tail, I believe. The female is killed near the very end by Godzilla's "Kiss of Death", which consists of him grabbing her mouth, holding it open, using his radiation beam right down her throat, and as a result, her head is torn off.
